Our story
Born from a passion.
CIFE — Création Internationale Football Events — was born from a conviction: youth football deserves events worthy of its passion. From Maresquel-Ecquemicourt, in the heart of the Pas-de-Calais, the CIFE team is building an international tournament designed for young players, their coaches and their families.
In 2026, the CIFE International Tournament brought together 48 teams in Frévent for two days of competition, encounters and celebration. That founding success launched an ambition: to make CIFE the unmissable youth football event in the Hauts-de-France.

From 2027 to 2030, CIFE continues to grow: more teams, more nationalities, ever more professional organisation — with the ambition to shine on a European scale.
